Is it possible to fit 33" tires on a GX 470. are there any shock spacers i can purchase?

No...you will rub unless you have a 2-3" lift. The problem with a lift that high is that you need to get rid of your electronic shocks.

My advice: get a good set of 32" AT/MT tires along with rock sliders. If you want to get more hardcore, then add ARB rear locker.
