Sure, I just went to a local high end stereo shop and had them bypass it on the back of the stereo. From what I understood, they trace the parking brake wire to the back of the stereo, cut it and then ground the wire from the back of the stereo and do something with the speed sensor also connected to the stereo. Works great!!

Its a little too busy for my liking, when you have that much wood, it doesn't even look real anymore, but different stroke for different folks I guess.

Quite nice, better wood color than mine. This is what I wanted in my RX300 in the first place, but it didn't exit at the time. In addition, the stock Lexus wood was a little dark for my taste in the first place.

Looks really nice. I'm with G-man that I don't like it so busy, but it does have a nice elegant touch.

My kit did not come with the pcs around the radio. I would of not used them. My kit was a perfect match
and was real wood and a perfect fit. i bought the last kit this company had. Enclosed some pics

One of the pics shows steering wheel pcs this was the sample picture the company sent me. My kit did not include those and I did not mind

Mine was from ebay vendor direct sales I paid 193.00 . He sold me his last kit
