I recently purchased a new 2006 GX-470, I received a CD tutorial with the vehicle which explains how to delete a destination.
I have tried to delete several destinations that have been imputed, after following the instructions and hitting the delete button the destinations still appear in the system.
Can anyone tell me the sequence for deleting these destinations.

The sequence that I have been using, is as follows:
I press the map voice button
push route button and then
delete the stored destination.

Am I missing something in the sequence?

Hi Ding,

I am assuming you put in a destination for a route, and now want to delete it as an active destination. You are following the correct procedure, but you will need to confirm (I think it asks you to press an "OK" button on screen).

The address will still be in your previous destinations, and if you put it in memory points it will stay there until you erase it. However, it will not be an active route destination.

Let me know if this works - if not I will have to go run it through on mine as I am replying from memory.
