I am soon ordering the vais-tech A/V unit and adding satellite TV to my GX (expect me to post about it when i get it ). What I am wondering is how good is the quality of the nav unit in terms of watching TV or DVDs?

If you have seen or know, would you rate it poor, reasonable, good, or outstanding?

I'm really interested (an really excited about the Sat TV) in what to expect.

I did the mod so my wife could watch movies in the front of the car when we travel. I would say that the quality would be good. Its not a HD but, it should work great for your set up. Please post pics of the install and final product.

It's very good, with one exception. Sun glare can make it difficult to see the screen from time to time. But adjusting the contrast down and brightness up and leaving the sun roof screen closed generally helps most every high sun condition.
