i guess that's why i'm such an advocate of not upgrading your sound package. for less money than the stereo upgrade, you could have gotten an aftermarket dvd player in the dash, headrests (or a dropdown), subs, amp, and the aftermarket is sirius ready. if you really want nav, you can buy an aftermarket nav. and, for a few extra bucks, you can get a tv tuner, back-up camera, and have your steering wheel controls all wired in!
I get the AV in the front (with CD quality), Sirius (CD Quality), and I get the Lexus Navi/ML.

Personally, I have FM mod already and hate the interference and I always get a high-frequency noise even in absolute silence (sounds like a CRT TV-like noise if anyone knows what the heck I mean). CD/DVD quality is priceless to me.
