Just wondering, if the 2005 integrated bluetooth with NAV option are just new software and bluetooth antenna or it will be a whole new Nav unit.........

I have a 2004 GX470 and I am trying to get a bluetooth device retrofitted - I have bought a neat device made by Parrot (www.say-parrot.com) I have the CK3100 - this has great reviews and should integrate well with the existing system and work with any bluetooth phone. I have never installed anything before in any car myself - however, I am ready to do this myself. I need help with - how to access the audio system for this vehicle - including removal of console etc - any help will be much appreciated - I will then post my pictures and experiences as soon as success is achieved !!

I would recommend that you have a pro-shop do the installation. It doesn't cost that much. They will make sure that the radio automatically goes mute when the phone rings and while you are using the phone. More importantly, they will make sure the unit is working correctly and show you how it works.

Hi guys - got my CK3100 installed - excellent product - The installer was Best-Buys local guy - very good worker - However, couldn't get it to work with audio speakers (too many speakers with the Mark Levinson system) - opted for a nice external speaker - the guy did a fantastic job - nothing except the display is visible - Total cost - $75 for install adn $27 for a pair of speakers (nice Rockfords !) - works like a charm with the Motorola V3 Razr !
