Platinum Extended Warranty, Discounted!
Just purchased the Lexus Platinum extended warranty ( 7/100,000 with $0 ded.)for my GX and the wife's RX. I was quoted list price from the dealer where I bought my GX , so I took to the forums and hit the jack pot. I knew that any Toyota or Lexus dealer could sell the warranty so I contacted a few and most would only discount $100 off the $2675 list for the Gx. I then found Troy the business mgr. at Toyota of Greenfield. He was able to offer me the Platinum 7/100 with 0 ded. for a very reasonable 600 off of list . I was able to purchase the Lexus Platinum for my GX & RX and save $1100 off of list. I sent him a fax of the title and credit card# and I was processed the same day. If you are in the market for extended warranty you have got to explore this option. I love the GX and have decided to keep it for a long time. I priced out a replacement navigation system and that was the deal closer on the warranty purchase. I also like the fact that you can transfer the warranty when I sell. http://www.toyotaofgfld.com/finance.html

Platinum Extended Warranty
L400 . I think as long as the car is under the 36 month 50,000 mile window you should be able to purchase. Follow the link at the end of my first post and speak to Troy. He's the man!

I saw his name mentioned on a 4runner forum a couple of time, he was selling the platinum extended warranty for the 4 runner limited for about $800. The GX does have a few more toys than the limited, but the limited has the nav, air suspension and a res too. They both share the same power train, yet the extended warranty on the GX cost $1200 more. I guess they figure the Lexus owners can affort it.
Have a happy holiday everyone.

That means, with a new vehicle you get just 2 years coerage for a lot of money.
