I am using a Thule Terrapin . You can find it on the thule web site. Love it. Already has a light kit installed. It is a swing away model too!
Others are Stowaway2 Swingaway
or Swinging Enclosed Cargo ( you can find this on etrailer web site model 10191 . it carreis a bit more weight too , 250 Lbs
