Yes, I remember that thread too. It was a black GX and all the guy's other cars were black too...including an NSX.

You can't anymore, unless you find someone with a leftover. They were discontinued. The last website I found with info said it was only temporary, but they were also supposed to be back on the market around May of '04. Nothing yet. Couldn't find much details for why they were pulled. You'll find a few posts from folks here who got it put in.

Hi Cap,

I just checked on the availability of the Supercharger last week at a local Toyota Delearship hear in Northern VA (Leesburg Toyota). The guy in the Parts Department was very helpful and called TRD in California to get the story on the part. He told me that it was still on Hold because of ECU problems. This is the story TRD has been saying for the past 6 months. No telling if it will become available again or not.

If anyone finds it anywhere, I too would be interested in ordering it.

Please keep us inform. I've been trying to find the TRD Supercharger for 7 months now, and can't find any. I really would like the additional power.

FYI, unless a Toyota parts dept. has it sitting in their parts inventory, they will not sell it to the public if there's an ongoing issue w/it i.e. the foretold ECU problems it's been having. If Carson doesn't have it, guaranteed no one else will have it since they all get it from TRD's warehouse in Tustin, CA.
