I'm new to this forum. I bought a new 2004 GX a week ago (Ash Blue Mica, build date 2/04). I've owned three new Toyotas in the past (2 - 4Runners) and have always had great luck with them. Last year I bought a new 2003 Volvo XC90 and had the worst experience of any vehicle I've ever owned. The build quality was very poor. I think I had about 25 problems with the vehicle over 11months. Some problems Volvo wasn't able to resolve. I finally had enough and traded it in for the GX. I've been browsing the forums here and noticed some of the problems people have had with the 2003 GX's. Have most of the bugs been worked out for the 04's or are there still some unresolved issues being carried forward into the 04 model year?
