Help!! Paging Steve! Went out last nite to get a view of my new lights. Started the car and only the passenger side now works. I look down and notice the the lights are in the 'Auto' setting like they have always been. I turn the lights to 'Off' and let the truck idle for a couple of minutes. I then slowly turn the lights back to 'On'. Drivers side still dead.
Today, I swap bulbs to see if I may have blew one from having it the Auto position. Drivers side dead. Passenger side good. Did I kill my ballast? I went thru all 45 pages of posts and see a couple referencing the Auto position. I didn't read that far back before my install the other day. Any ideas?

1. check your ground on that side if you are using the relay harness (take ground off try another spot)
2. Check the fuse going to that ballast (each HID ballast has fuse)
3. If non of that works then if not to much trouble swap the ballast and see if it works.

@Im1406 - I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem.
(1) Are you using the relay harness supplied with the kit, or are you powering the ballast directly from the OEM wiring?
(2) Can you please send me a PM With your order number? I will give you a call to help and get this taken care of for you. My guess... connection.

Booyah - I'm gonna check the fuses this weekend. Steve gave me some other things to try, too. Checking for 12v current and looking at all the connections for bent or pushed back pins.

Got back under the hood late last night and found the culprit. I popped the 10A fuse for the left side headlight. Lexus IS so nice that they gave me a spare right there on the fuse block. Out with the blown one and in with the new. Hit the switch and we're cooking! I drove around the block after sundown and the clearness of the light is incredible. Fabulous throw, no hot spots, nice cutoff, great color. Xenondepot sends out an awesome product and stands behind it with hands on service and support.
