Just installed rotors, rear brake pads doesnt touch the whole surface?

Just installed rotors, rear brake pads doesnt touch the whole surface?
The titles explains most of it. I installed the rotors and the pads yesterday and I knew they wouldn't completey cover the whole rotor... It kind of annoys me and makes me wonder if the braking force is less now due to this... Also kind of realizing my front pads (New) look like as if they only grip a small amount but then again could be me
the rear :see as the pads don't really make much contact
These are the fronts, they touch the whole surface, is rotor surface suppose to be like that?

The threads on this bolt fit alot better I bought a 50mm so the threads became a bit more finer, (correct me if I'm wrong!)

Rear pads don't cover the whole rotor area, by the pictures everything seems fine. Those also seem to be Centric rotors, I always wondered why they never painted all the way to the brake pad touching surface leaving us a new rusted rotors circle. If you got OEM rotors they would of been painted all the way to the contact point of brake pad. Here is a pic of my rotors and what they look like after few thousand miles

Rear pads don't cover the whole rotor area, by the pictures everything seems fine. Those also seem to be Centric rotors, I always wondered why they never painted all the way to the brake pad touching surface leaving us a new rusted rotors circle.
