Here are pics of the wreck. It happened 4 hours ago and it took 3 hours or more to get a tow truck because 2 tow trucks broke down.

Bought a 2014 acura RLX advanced with 6K miles for $36,500 3 weeks ago. 4th gen GS350 was #1 on my list but couldn't turn down being able to get a NEW car (less then 1 year old for damn near 1/2 price.) The RLX has $1,000+ worth more of options no on the sticker and sticker was $61,450

I was a red light. The light changed green. I waited 2 seconds, I went straight. The person on the left of me stopped (they must have saw someone coming on that side). Then I get hit in the side and then pulled into the parking lot and I have those people that was on the left of me testifiying the light was green when I went.

So let me get this straight cause I got a little confused did you trade in the GS for an RLX or was this going to be your daily driver and the RLX your parked car. cause looks like you already have another car. That sucks in terms of the damage looks like it could be totaled based on year and damage.

The RLX was parked I didn't want to put miles on it. The GS was suppose to be sold to my cousin for $10K so I was trying to drive the hell out of it before he got it. It has brand new tires and I just got a service done to it for $500. THe miles on it was 180,000 or more while the RLX is 7,300 now after driving 1K miles in the first month (500 back from where it was and 500 to dallas)

yeah totalled. The GS frame is flimsy, so it's probably bent in a hundred different places.
Also, the GS300 is worthless right now. Few thousand dollars at best.
This is what I hate about depreciation. You have a perfectly functional car that could last another 10 years.
Now all you get is a $8000 check from the insurance company, and you have to spend some big bucks for a new car.
