Lolz, I think of that every time I do a brake job, which is pretty often lately. I couldn't just paint just one caliper, so this wasn't such a great opportunity. I have three Toyotas with serious wheel cancer, will have to paint three sets of wheels this spring, that will be a better opportunity. But I really don't put much emphasis on cosmetics, that is for my wife and kids who love their cars as long as I keep fixing them.

Closeups with the cellphone and florescent light don't flatter it much. The first pic of my initial setup is more natural looking, the outside surface of the caliper still has the factory paint on it, just faded a bit. Not impressive, but doesn't look bad.
