I own a 2007 GS350 for pass 7 years and no problems, except when backing out of the drive way my car just cut off, no prior warning. I Had it towed to near repair shop (Toyota) nearest Lexus dealership 2 1/2 hours away. Discovery major electrical problems, including damage to electrical wiring, Steering ECU and main computer needed replacing and after $3600 in repairs, still under going repairs.

Found out that Major electrical wiring are located under the battery compartment. Any leakage of battery acid can damage to electrical wiring, see attached photos. I was shock to find out when a major steering electron control unit (ECU) was located near and may be damage from the battery of things. I glad that I was not traveling over the major highway this occur.

Have anyone experiencing electrical problems with your GS350? Please have you car check, this could be a serious problem.

Wow!!! That's such a poor design...I will check mine out tomorrow...im sure they would try to deny that under the extended warranty and say it's from neglect...

OUCHHHHHH, I replaced my battery and everything seemed to be fine. Horrible design to put all that stuff under the battery. Did your battery leak acid?
