Default Wheel bearings going bad?

So i've been driving my 3GS 350 and everytime i make a right turn the left wheel makes this metal shaking sound? or scraping sound? I've checked it out seems like nothings in the way but i dont know how to tell if i have a bad wheel bearing... any ideas guys?

Normally bearings make noise when you drive. And they will het worse and worse every week. If you notice that the noise is inceasing perhaps it is a beaeing.

Since the noise is only when you making turns sounds like another issue. Make sure the wheel is not hiting against anything the bar.

Bad bearing is a possible culprit.

Yep the arm. Then you probably are right its the bearings. Normally they dont effect the ride for a very long time they just going to make noise and will become louder over time. When you drive straight what does it sound like?

Also, after driving a bit put yoir hand on the wheel that you think has the bearing issue and see if it hot and compare to other wheels.

It possible that the damaged one will be much hotter. Not saying that it will bit it possible. Bearing are meant to rotate, if they dont they will generate heat. Worth chking out i guess, but sounds like the right diagnosis

Mine wasn't hot on the damaged side. Mine was making a whining noise on high speed. Also, I had my car lifted on the rear and checked. While it was rotating there was some slight wobble.
So, a damaged wheel bearing will get hot and some not.
