Smile Installed on 2008 GS 460 - Manzo axelback exhaust

Just recently picked up a 2008 GS 460 from Florida and brought it back home. I purchased a Manzo axelback exhaust from eBay. Today, I got it installed and it's a great sounding exhaust. Didn't want to spend to much on an exhaust and got it for a great price. It sounds great for my old ears, I have posted a few clips of it at startup and revving. I figured I would post it up it.

Sounds great! Been considering an exhaust for my 460, but not sure which to go with. I like how mellow this one is though. Did you leave the resonators on? Also, any droning on the freeway at all?

Default manzo exhaust

I did not remove the resonator it probably would sound much louder.Nice mellow sound for my taste and it has very little hwy drone when accelerating.

Sounds good! Just enough growl to show it's no slacker.

Thanks for posting

$375 with free shipping on EBay.

Amazon has it for $400 plus $42 to ship, so it looks like EBay is the bargain.

Does Texas have the carb certificate laws like we do here in California? To play it safe I am still looking for a good price on the F-sport Exhaust. If I pop a Invidia Mid Pipe on there should be a nice tone.

Does Invidia make a mid pipe for the GS V8's? I only saw them for the 300/350.

In the reply to duwayne no Texas does not have that.In Texas as long as there is no leaks no problem. It might be different in Dallas or Harris(Houston) counties

This is the midpipe I was looking at. It would be nice to have a bolt on exhaust to replace the rusty old pipes under my car. It sure looks pretty similar to my 430.
