Default Just stepped my game up...

Hey whats up guys.... i have owned many Lexus cars over the years, most of them were SC's and 2GS's and 1 was a 2IS that i wish i would have never sold. However it snowed pretty good here a few days ago and my current 2GS wasn't the best for getting to work so i was kinda looking around to see what was out there and i spotted a deal on a 06 GS300 AWD at a local Lincoln dealer so today i went to check it out.... needless to say its currently sitting in the driveway and I'm pretty excited, so far i love it! Im not sure of the "package" but it has the heated and cooled seats, nav, backup cam,HID's and rear sun shade. I made sure to call Lexus with the vin and i checked the service history which was excellent and had been maintained as it should. The only "dislike" is the previous owner installed some ugly aftermarket wheels so i will be changing those out to some OEM ones ASAP!

Here are a couple quick pics (yes its filthy due to snow and salt )

nice...hurry and change the wheels to some stock looking wheels.

those wheels are just killing the look.

Thanks guys... I will be on the lookout for some OEM 18" wheels soon!! I didn't like the ones on it but i got a really good deal on it so i figured that would be easy to swap out. So far I'm loving it, i have read some horror stories on here about the 300 so I'm hoping I'm an exception to the rule. The local Lexus dealer told me it was very well maintained and all services are up to date. I just found out it already has an iPod adapter installed so I'm pretty happy about that... just need to get an iPod now LOL I probably won't be "modding" it very much my plan is just to swap out the wheels and plasti dip black all the emblems. I just purchased some All weather mats also to keep the interior clean in the snow.

Here is a pic of my old IS id like to do something like this with the GS:

Meh, wheels are an easy fix What matters is the car was well maintained, which it sounds like yours is. Looks great too! Enjoy your new baby
