If anyone saw my other thread about my Nav ECU going bad, you know it's time to replace it.

I have a replancement but am having issues getting the glove box out. I did see instructions for other models but not the GS350. I found three screws that moves the box pretty well - the two on behind the passenger top side panel and the screw in the upper left. Those are the only screws I can find. Someone did say there is a screw in the bottom left but I don't see anything. Even took out the center console where the gear shifter is and the lower passenger side panel and didn't see anything.

Anyone every take our the glove box on the GS350. Please let me know what I am missing and thanks all!!!

Thanks pman6...that helped and did it. I had a feeling all that other stuff had to come out, which has the last screw hidden behind it all. What a pain. But got it all out and replaced the ECU. Apprecaite it!
