Damn I think you dudes ran this poor guy off! I loved my 300 and I got a great deal on it at the time. However, I must say if I had done my homework before purchasing, I would have gotten the 350. I dont think the 300 is a bad car at all, but at the price point he is looking at, he may as well stick it out and find a 350. how much more is it really going to be to get an 07?

Take your time and get a 2nd gen GS 430 if you are buying a high mileage car.
