^ you shouldn't be out in bad weather, simple as that.
In my area, after every snow storm I see all kind of vehicles in the ditch. 4x4 / HUV / SUV / and I'm pretty sure a few AWD too. I pass them too fast to check if any of them have on snow tires.
DWS is all season and Eco+ is also all season. Only in emergency will I venture out in bad weather... but 911 would be a better choice.
