Default Buying a 2008 Gs460???

So I found an 08 GS460 for sale with only 19,000 miles on it asking $18,995. I feel like this is a steal but curious what you guys think if there's chances on me getting them a bit lower. I'm in New Jersey. I currently drive a 2002 GS300 with 192,000 miles and I love it so I'm pretty excited about this car. It's black/black by the way.

That is a killer deal if the car is kosher. I am guessing this has a salvage/rebuilt title only way it can be such a good deal. If it's a salvage title it's a gamble

Well that is a steal at that price! like sam said, is it a clean title? run carfax on it to be safe. That's a very low price for that car with those miles.

Also ask if you can take the car and have it inspected....thats awefully cheap for that car and mileage...

If it is too good to be true, watch out. No way is that a legit deal. It is $10k under the market for the mileage

Definitely too good to be true. My '08 460 with 16,000 miles (bought it in April) was $29,300, and even that was a great deal. Unless it's an old, rich person who doesn't know or care about the value, it's a scam. Can be easy to get excited over deals like this, but don't get too giddy Be smart and carfax, as well as a full used car inspection from the dealer.

Carfax is a great resource, however it CAN be incorrect. To be safe, I'd get it inspected by an actual Lexus dealer. If it's clean, then snag it up! Would be the deal of the century.

Jump on that deal! Theres a dealer in NY or NJ they list ridiculously low prices just to attract people. They sell mostly luxury lexus, bmw, mercedes. Its like a buy here pay here dealer that just puts out BS ads.

Use the Vin number and check it with Lexus database. See the history of the car. This will show you how the car was treated , where it went and how it was cared for.

A the dealer in nj who adds ten grand in processing fees. Better get the actual total. Also notice it says "when financed by thrift" I bet it will be a very low interest rate and no loan fees (sarcasm)

Yup thrifty car in NJ total scumbag scammers. Better do a review search before you step into that used car lot. Took me 2 minutes to figure this out.

A 2008 GS460 at my local Lexus dealership with 19k original miles sold for $27k. Non-CPO, too.

OP, run in the opposite direction from the dealer selling that car. That's way too good to be true.
