Default Sold my GS430

Well traded it in is more like it.
I needed something bigger for the family and I finally found the LS 460 that fit the bill.

08 LS460 silver with black interior, Florida car for most of its life, ML which was a must for me, navi, Xm . Self closing doors, trunk. Toys galore I must say and it feels a lot more refined on the inside
The ride is night and day, it is much more suitable for nyc roads.
I also got a 3 year Lexus warranty.

Thank you for support for those that came through on this forum. Lots of good people here.

Nice!. Although I have plenty of miles to go, this will be my next car after the 3GS for sure. Love it!

Do you know if the LS 460L rides even smoother? Nice car, hope you enjoy it.

L's do ride smoother as they are on different suspension. They come from the factory with electronic airbags. To lower an L you'll need to buy a special remote and that can allow you to lower the vehicle.

Damn, maybe I'll get an old 460 L. I just want to float on a cloud of Lexus awesomeness. We don't need every large sedan to ride like a Porsche 911 GT2

Try shooting for a LS460L with Executive package the rear seats recline like a lazy boy that you can sit back relax watching dvd's, then you have to factor in the price of a chauffeur

As long as it doesn't start burning oil at 85K, sounds pretty good. Still, an Audi A6/A7 is looking more tempting these days.

Lexus LS460 that v8 is very solid, I believe it is the same engine in the land cruiser. Ive seen LS460 in the 300k miles range for sale when I was shopping for one.

Have you ever owned an Audi? If so Audi's are a pain, lots of maintenance and build quality isnt as good as Lexus. They are nice looking and drive very nice, but for long term, its lexus

Thanks guys,

I put 450 miles on the car already and love it. It is exactly what I wanted and what I was missing ever wince I sold my S500.

I got a 3 year Lexus warranty with it so any repairs will be done on the house.
