Default Squeaky Driver Seat

Does any one have any ideas on how to stop my drivers seat squeaking?
Its quite annoying.

Try greasing all the tracks and gears....thats what I did...

I think everyone has that issue, especially if your car is dropped. I would like to try the grease method that Gotcha mentioned.

Did it end up going away when you greased it ?

My car is stock, ive thought about dropping it but i love the soft ride/sport ride button.
doesnt feel like the tracks that are squeaking, sounds like the springs in the seat somehow

Since I have greased it I haven't heard it squeaking...I greased the tracks and the worm screw...

wierd thing its hot today, hasent squeaked once,
mine squeaks near the B pillar, ill have a look hopefully its a loose bolt
