Default Condensation in 3GS

Condensation started to occur on passenger headlight assembly.

Car is out of warranty dealer does not want to help out on getting it exchanged.

What are my options?

Meh, I think they all do that... My '08 460 gets a little in there if I leave it out overnight or when it rains. Burns off once I leave the lights on a while. Does it not go away at all? Any pics of how bad it looks?

you can drill a small hole on the back side of the head light housing for a jimmy fix.

That's totally normal. Kind of a pain, but just keep the lights on for a few and it'll burn off. You COULD do the whole bake and reseal the headlight trick, but that's not the best thing to do, especially if you're not a do-it-yourself kinda person.
