So, as it stands, I have DC Sports Intake, and Tanabe Medallion exhaust on the 06 GS300.

I have a bad cat ( primary ) and I think to replace whole exhaust manifold with CAT is about $1300. However, I can get both sides of Magnaflow exhaust manifolds for roughly $1100. Has anyone used them, and if so, and I was also looking at Invidia mid pipes as well, since they're only $364.

With all aspects of the exhaust potentially changed, would I gain any HP?? I know the sound will obviously change, but performance wise, will I gain, or even possibly lose anything by over-unrestricting the flow of the exhaust.

I searched and couldn't find anyone that had done total exhaust mod on their GS300's.

Why not just get PPE headers and their high flow cat.. this would be about the same cost and as well net you more HP.. Or just go catless with their o2 simulator..

I just installed the Invidia Mid pipe on my GS350 that has PPE Catless Headers and Tanabe and its loud when you get on it.. Personally Im not a fan of the tanabe and going to go with the Invidia or Meisterschaft System as its a more high pitch sound which I am wanting..
