Hey my 07 is out of warranty but it had the 9LB recall in 2009 where Lexus greased and placed a boot over the rear caliper pin. STILL both of the pins seized in the rear and is rusted on causing uneven pad wear and the ability to change my rotors and pads. If I take the car in do you think they will cover the seized pin issue since when they completed the 9LB recall it ended up seizing anyways?

Doesn't hurt to complain, it seems to actually work for you guys in the US.
