Default headlight is tilted, please help

I recently bought the 2007 gs350 awd.
drove it at night for the first time and realized the driver side headlight is tilted however the passenger side is fine.
The cut off should be ______/------------ however it is tilted in about a 20-30 degree angle instead of it being parallel to the ground.
Please help if you know what can be done. I will try to take pictures of it when i get the chance.
Thank you in advance.

Something is definitely not right with that because they only adjust up, down, left and right. There is no adjustment for rotation. Does the affected headlight move (self level) when you first start the car at night?

The headlight bulb (when replaced) wasn't aligned properly in the housing. Readjust until the light is nice and straight.

When I last replaced mine I don't remember there being anything to adjust, it just locks in place and there is no wrong way to do it?

There is, sometimes the bulb doesn't seat properly and you lock it anyway, usually user fault. I've done it before, even Lexus techs have done it wrong too.

again thanks for the info, I had just fixed the issue.
I had to adjust the driver side more to the left and passenger side more to the right and aim it higher. It appears to be leveled once i did the changes.
I dont know if it had anything to do with it but the tire pressure was a bit off so i made all 4 tires the same 33psi
I can see the road very clear now and from the cut of when i drive next to the park cars. it does not hit the side mirrors, it is parallel to the ground by the mid way of the doors. shouldnt blind anyone on the road at all.
