What I would do is check ALL your fuses one by one (sorry as this isn't much specific).

Just to verify, did you check the ones UNDER THE HOOD, UNDER PASS SIDE, UNDER DRIVER SIDE (I forgot if there's one there... I haven't done fuse checking in almost a year now), and BEHIND TRUNK?

It's a real head scratcher if you don't seem to be able to trace the fault from a fuse.... it honestly sounded like it's popped.

GL!

I have the same exact issue that started last night.. Navigation system works and you can change the audio from Sat/Radio/CD but there is NO audio through the speakers, no volume control coming up on the nav screen, and the "audio" details on the nav screen where you can balance front/rear and left/right do not show any yellow lines (it usually has a yellow line indicating where the balance is at)... AS with yours there is no audible beeps when selecting different climate control options or anything else that played through the speakers... This morning it didn't work again for a 15 min drive I took... Stopped to get something in a store this morning, came back out and it worked for 10 minutes then stopped working again...

If anyone has any ideas let me know.. I assume there is some audio module going out.. Hope it is not expensive b/c there is no way I am driving without audio...

I do have a 2006 GS430 with ML audio... All Factory... No mods. Any help for us!???

I once had an Acura TL with the exact same symptoms you describe. Tried everything I could think of. I Took it to a audio shop for help. Turns out the factory amp died. I bought a replacement of of ebay for ~$100 and was back in buisness. Just a thought

What promethus7 suggested is your best bet. I haven't had this issue on my GS yet (knock on wood), but I can't think of any other reason why your having this problem other than a burnt out fuse or faulty wiring. I would have someone check the amp with a tester. If the amp is receiving power then we can rule out faulty wiring and the fuses.

Thank you.. does anyone have the details on how to access the amplifier? I heard it is in the Trunk.. And does anyone know what I need to be looking for in a replacement amp (specs, etc)?

Amplifier in the trunk on the right side under the removable panel that is just held there by velcro.

I Had the same issue happen to me a couple days ago, everything works but I got no sound.. mine is a 2002 but I have the mark levinson sound system package and mine has the same amp yours does...I was looking at these amps online and the cheapest one I could find was $550 and that's used!! good luck!! Im about ready to just invest in a aftermarket double din touch screen stereo, most of them come in their own amp
