Hey whats up everyone.. I have been a member/lurker here for a few years now.. I have owned a 00 GS300 for the past few years with Basic mods.. The new car itch has been for the past few months and was really undecided on what to buy.. Wanted to really stay in the Lexus family was really looking at an ISF just couldnt find the right one..If i did then it was more than I wanted to spend.. The GS was on my mind and all it took was the right aero kit to seal the deal.. I know need a body kit to decide on a car..lol..I work for Vivid Racing so I had to have something that I can mod but keep VIP status(just in our blood).. If really wanted to go fast then I would just hop into my Boosted Type R(pictured last)..
SO what kit do you ask sealed the deal.. It is the Black Pearl.. I didn't even of the Silver one in Socal until after I bought the car.
A friend of mine, whom I think is a member here also made me a deal I couldnt pass up so I bit the bullet and "Pearla" will be here next week finally after finding a decent transporter.

Couple cars here in CA have the black pearl kit.UAS has been doing this kit for years now same set up on the 2nd gen GS/IS. Seem as you have a soild project on your hands how much did you pay for her?
So the car came with the ISF OEM Brembo kit when you bought it?
If that's the case, is this a direct fit bolt on? I have a GS430 which I know has the 4-piston calipers already, but 6 piston Brembos sounds mighty nice

Curious to see how the Black Pearl kit will look like in black. I always think that this kit looks good on a lighter color car. Also, heard that there is only one Black Pearl for the 3gs here in the US and that the company no longer offer this. Can you confirm this?

I plan on having the car wrapped a bright color of some sort..
The kit is still available as I have pricing and can have it state side in about 6-8 weeks (3-4 week build time, 3-4 ocean freight)
I figured out that I will be running the Cwest Fenders as well.. Not many if at all anyone I see has this kit... Im a fan of the front bumper, fenders & side skirts but the BP sealed the deal lol..
that body kit is bad a$$. Do you have a sound clip of your exhaust set up? I'm thinking about the ppe headers but wanted to know what they sound like with the tanabe. Don't want something obnoxious [ricer] but a good growl would be nice to boost the beautiful sound from the tanabe alone.
