Talking New Member With Many ??

Hello All,

First I would like to thank all who take the time to read this and respond.
They call me Ermac(nick name), I'm from Ventura County, I just bought 2 days ago a 2009 Lexus(Color: Dark Gray, Guts: Black) GS 350 WITH 2100K MILES YES 2100K MILES!!!!! This is a first time luxurious car buy for me =]. So I have been reading everything I can about that questions I have VIA the search button, but still cant understand just a couple things: 1 how to properly maintain the leather( clean, condition, and feed? Once a week, month? Brands?), and the exterior (wax, clay bar, sealant, and so on??? Once a week, month? Brands?). Any input will be greatly appreciated! I'm used to my scion and plain ol cloth seats, Costco car wash and looked great, but now that I have this baby, I want to really take care of every aspect I can. The most important, leather and paint. Everything else I can do( Alldata =]). Thanks again everyone!!!!

Welcome to the forums bro post some pics of the GS. First and foremost, go here and sign up and provide your Club Lexus UN and youll get a discount on all the parts.

http://lexus.sewellparts.com/parts-c...S350-2009.html

You can use Lexus leather conditioner. You can do that every few months or so. As far as waxing there are many ways you can do so, take a look in the Auto Care & Detailing forum.

PoorBoy's makes the best car care products overall. I do, however, love the 3M Performance Finish (paint sealant) for a last step product. If you've got some imperfections, pick up a bottle of PoorBoy's Black Hole (for dark cars only), then do some 3M PF after.

Go read the forums at Autogeek.net they have alot of information for you and all the products you would ever want. I was a beginner and went with Blackfire products and love them.

Post some pics!

As for the leather, I found this website called www.best-auto-detailing-tips.com probably best info and its clear and cut! Check it out!

I'll be posting some of my baby soon, just need to clean her up!
