Shocks do not determine ride height...at all. The spring and how it might sit on the shock bottom spring plate determine ride height.

you may want to check if your springs are sitting on the shock properly.

yeah shocks would only determine the comfortable of the ride, dampening, rebound. etc.

are the springs sitting correctly?

if that's not the case there is something preventing them sitting evenly.

but a bad shock will cause some sagging… very rarely do springs go bad. but you may be the exception.i would start with shocks

Springs will settle, even the NF210 settle on my GS450h. But if it really sags that badly, I would definitely check the shocks first, then springs next. Let us know what you find out. (moved to suspension forum)
