06 gs300 oxygen sesor

Do the oxygen sensors fail at the same time? Just replaced bank 1 sensor 1. Now getting bank 2 sensor 1 code.

It is possible, but when two sensors have issues I would be checking for things like a vac leak or dirty MAF sensors.
