Yeah, the lexus being NA isn't as hard on oil as your turbo so your lex can use energy conserving semi-synthetic 5w-20 or 5w-20 or even the cooler 0w-30s and 0w-20s with no loss of coverage while your turbo will need a hearty 5w-40 or more frequent changes. heck, you might even want to swap out your lex early depending on how hard they are on oil.
My turbo teg I change the oil in it and I use valvoline 10w-30 oil in it when it's ready for synthetic. I just rebuilt the motor because I dropped a valve in the previous, I was revving to high. In my lex, gs 430 and is300, I have the dealer change those. Mainly because it cost the same for me to do it myself and they dispose the oil as well versus me storing it.

I'm have MAF cleaner and how is the throttle body cleaned on this car?

Don't do what I did. Drove my Audi A4 with its OEM battery to the point where if I stopped for 1 min and didn't turn the car back on within that minute, the battery would need a boost.
This in turn hurt my alternator. When I lock / unlock my doors you can see the door step lights and even headlamps being drained of energy / voltage.
Do the battery change sooner than later.

new battery is good news. your car will live longer once it receives one.

Also, completely agreed on the battery. Once you kill your batt, your alt is all the juice that's given to the car, making it prematurely die.

I have a 2006 GS430. I do 85% City driving and in hot Texas summers with AC on all the time. I usually get around 13.5 mpg
