Two very different cars. Depends on what you prefer. FWD vs RWD? Newer vs Older? Lower miles vs Higher miles? Luxury vs Econo-luxy?
The new Camry is nice, is newer, and has more updated tech.
The GS is a bit aged (one refresh in 2008 and one redesign body style), but still holds its own. Still looks good.
They are both good cars and good choices. Depends on what your priorities are. If you are just dead set on the 300 (versus any of the v8 gs's or even the 350), then might as well get the Camry. It prob has more horsepower and better gas mileage then the 300. If you want to roll a bit faster and feel some torque and can sacrifice a bit of gas mileage, get a v8 gs. It won't be as bad as the GX470 guzzler.

Sorry, but I don't think that is what should be the deciding factor between a Camry and a GS300. There is so much more to the equation and more important things. IMO, of course.
