I see what you are saying. With the HIDs you have to remove the bumper and etc to install right?

You can also use the yellow bulbs, as more realistically they'll show YELLOW rather than the cheap blue bulbs that will show orange/blue.
Where can I find the yellow bulbs?

you don't have to remove the bumper to install HIDs. To my experiences it really depends where you want to mount the ballast. I like to hide them so in my case I would hide them somewhere behind the bumper. Even going this route you may be able to get away with just taking off the fender liner and mount the ballast where you want through the fender. i removed my bumper anyway so i can inspect how things are setup behind the bumper, see if anything is wrong, or wear and tear damage. also provides me with an insite to future modifications as to installing different style fogs, diffusers, intercoolers, etc.

when I had my 240 I just zip tied them to the frame in the engine bay behind the headlight. my civic i put it behind the bumper and now i feel like hiding them is so much cleaner.

i haven't messed with my gs350 much on that part yet since i love the factory HIDs hue and brightness.
