Not in Canada there isn't.... or as far as I know yet at least.
I have called Lexus Canada multiple times and sent a few emails no luck or assistance except for them telling me to bring it in so they can diagnose whats wrong....
The service manager at the dealership I bought the car ignored my email after I told him how much oil my car consumes oil (Arthur St. Bernard - Don Valley North Lexus).

my 06 gs430 just had this repair done last week and my code p0430 has not come back.
only cost me $75
