Transmission flush, rear diff flush, oil change spark plug change, air filter, cabin filter change.

All the usual stuff you should change when purchasing a used car .

There are tons of recalls, you should read up on them using the search bar and you'll be able to pinpoint which ones need to be done.

Would one have to pay out of pockets for the recalls?

NO, that's what a recall is - Lexus acknowledging a problem and fixing it free of charge for the consumer!

Nope, never do... TSIB's MOST of the time you do, but never recalls.

LOL, it's a price you pay for a high end luxury.... They're not perfect... BMWs worst, Benz also has their flaws....

Of the three companies, I'm happy with my Lexus purchase though .

I've no clue.... It shouldn't be more than $1k. Just remember, you can haggle with the dealership about services being done. Also, you can do MOST of the work yourself.... filters spark plugs, oils (transmission I recommend take to the dealership), is all self-DIY'able.

GL!
