Finally got the wheels mounted...just the beginning.
I decided to put my wheels today. It could be lowered some but I'm not sure if I'm going to do it because of the AWD. Yes, it sits kinda high but it's not that bad.
- 2007 GS350 AWD
- 20 X 8.5 XIX x23 wheels (squared, not staggered)
- +20 offset
- Nitto 555 235/35/20
I might do some other things later.....what does everyone think so far?

The car ran so smooth today. I will be upset if it started wobbling and vibrating. I will probably look into RCA blocks or coilovers. Stay tuned.......

I too have an AWD GS, I was on Tanabe's website yesterday. I was reading about he DF210's, which are described as "max lowering." Anyone know the difference between the DF and NF with regards to lower height? The NF are supposed to be "max comfort," but described to have a "tasteful" drop...I just don't know what that translates into in inches!
I also do not want to experience the vibration. I must admit though, there are several people on this forum that have an AWD GS lowered that aren't experiencing the vibration, so I'm not sure what this vibration is exactly, I can only guess the lowering process changes the angle of the front axles and therefore causes the vibration. I say the front axles, cause RWD cars don't experience the same vibration from what I've read.
Another issue I'm struggling with is, springs, or coil overs? Which would provide the lowered look and the best ride? Ride is critical, it's why I went with the Lexus GS...

I put the NF210s on my 2007 GS 430 because I wanted a little sportier look, but still keep the lexus ride. I think they are perfect. I love the look with my stock 18s. The drop is perfectly balanced on my car (same gap front and rear). If I remember right...they are 1.1" front and 0.8" drop in back. Don't forget to do the rear camber arms at the same time if you do drop it...suspension has to come off again if you do it later.
