Default GS300 AWD Invidia Intermediate Pipe

Does this mid-pipe fit the GS300 AWD?

The factory mid-pipe is NOT stainless, but this one is. IMHO would be a stellar replacement for anyone experiencing rusty exhausts.

THANKS!

Got it. Wonder if just the first section could bolt in to replace the bend with all the shielding on it (part that goes bad).
Maybe not bolt... but replace that section at the very least.

Here is a pic of my exhaust today:
Notice the rusted bracket that popped.
The other side (foreground) has no bracket!

Correct. I tried installing this a couple years back..fail. The invidia midpipe was short about an inch or two for AWD.

On the back or the front? Was it worth extending? What did you end up doing?

Sucks there are not many options for us awd owners. I was looking for midpipes for mine a couple months ago, but ended up just paying a custom exhaust shop 100 bucks to just cut my rusted midpipe and weld in some new straight pipes.

Currently, i have the factory mufflers and rear cat. Have not noticed much sound difference really, but plan to drop in my tanabe once it clears up a little (I hate snow).

Right on. I may just have a muffler shop fix her up until I can justify replacing the entire intermediate pipe with OE.

OR... I could call up a buddy of mine that welds stainless and have him modify the Invidia midpipe with some 304 SS.

I have an 06 GS300 and I am getting that awful sulfur smell in my car. I have had 2 mechanics tell me that its my cats. One went on a lexus technician site and came back saying I needed to replace part 17410 which is this mid pipe/ center exhaust. Will my car pass emissions if I put this Invidia on? I notice it doesnt have the 2 cats like the stock. Will that be a big difference? FYI I am new to this so please excuse my lack of knowledge..

I just recently installed this midpipe on my awd. I love it! sounds in cabin, and has a nice throaty sound to it when reving it. For the AWD guys that want to install the invidia mid pipe; the mods that needs to be done is to the drive side pipe that connects to the cat, which needs to be cut, extended and rewelded. FYI i have a stock exhaust attached to the midpipe.

Heres a short video I took.

Notice that Whining noise... lol jk i wish.

woah... I think I have been noticing the same smell too.... ever since i had my mid pipe rewelded because of a hole in the exhaust I've been noticing this weird smell but didnt know what it was... Though not entirely sure what sulfur smells like... I just know it smells weird and a bit aweful.

as you can see the whole mid pipe is rusted to death...

btw does anyone know what bolt or pin to hold up that hanging splash guard looking thing in front of the rotors?

Anyone custom fit the Invida mid-pipe to the AWD GS?

I paid $60 in Feb to fix a leave, and just paid another $90. They say that the repair will probably last about 8 months or so...

What are you guys doing?
