I've cleaned my tb before..it's pretty easy. All you need to do really is just remove the air box and intake tube...I cleaned my tb attached to the car Because it was a little difficult to remove it. Just spray some cleaner on the front and open the throttle slightly and clean the inside..remember to use a lint free rag. I believe there is a diy on here somewhere and while you have the intake tube and box off might as well clean the MAF sensor. My car did feel a lot smoother after. No problems to date and it's been about 6 months.

Also, did you purchase a new gasket for the tb or reuse the old one. I called the dealer to find out the price and they quoted me $57
I did it because I just bought the car and did my plugs as well and felt a little misfire so why not. My car has 57XXX miles on it and no I didnt buy a new gasket. Seems like these gaskets are reuseable so I just cleaned it then put it back on haha if you need dealer parts makr sure u check on sewell they have a great discount for clublexus members
