Yea I don't expect to get it for 13k but I'm nervous 15500 might be a little too much...

Too bad that's the color combo you wanted.
If not you can find much better deal than that.
15.5k for a 06 with 135k is pretty high

I just purchased a 2008 GS350 with 46K miles for 5K more than your lowest price... Lexus will do a used car inspection for around $150 if you're serious about buying the car; they'll let you know what's wrong with the vehicle, or what you can expect to fail in the near future... Just an option, and one you might want to seriously consider since it has high mileage...It definitely looks nice, but those miles are pause for concern...

Yea I did get service records timing was just replaced along with plugs and trans flush...owner is a real estate agent who drives a lot...with that said I'm not worried about miles are the service it has recieved...I've seen similar gs430 with more mods and same miles go for 13k on here...I wanna come up with a fair offer for both party's ...14.5.?

I'm guessing you're paying cash? Try going there and showing the seller $13.5K in hundreds, a bundle of money can be very enticing!! It's worth a shot!!

That's a little problem traveling six hours to get and he's driving 2 1/2 to meet me so pretty much have to have an agreed price...white on black is pretty rare around these parts so gotta put a lil work in I guess....

I don't think I'd ever buy a car with that many miles. I'm sure it can last a lot longer, but that's more miles than I'm willing to pay thousands of dollars for. I'd keep searching and possibly pay a little more for something with less miles, but it's your hard earned money.

I think 15k is reasonable since it seems to have been well maintained

I can relate to the position you're in. The car I bought two weeks ago was 4 hours from my house. The dealer would hardly budge from the asking price ($20,999). After a little haggling, he came down to $20,800. I'd searched for 4 months and knew this was the car I wanted, so I was stuck... I did my homework over those 4 months, all GS350s in the Chicago land area with 50K or less miles were going for $24 to $28K... So I know I got a good deal, I just couldn't do any better because of the distance from home... I think if I was closer and going home empty handed wasn't know to the dealer, I could've gotten a better deal...

I'd have to side with Schmexus, I just couldn't buy a car with that many miles... But to each his own!

Just did a search on AutoTrader.com - found a GS 430 8 miles from my house for $20K - only has 87K miles - It's white with black interior and still has a warranty... You may want to do some more digging!! Here's a link...

Of course, it doesn't have the upgrades like the one you found, so I don't know if that will weigh on your decision... Anyway, just trying to help...

Yeah I actually talked to that guy a few times.im only 5 hours from chi..I really wanted a car with suspension and wheels just saves a lot of headache..I know that stuff adds up fast...after havin a few toyotas and a ls400 with close to 300k I gotta say I don't get to nervous about these miles...

In the end, you have to do what you feel... And yes, the customizing bug takes over and next thing you know, you're in it for a whole lot more... I've only had mine 2 weeks and already I'm researching suspension, headlight upgrades, tint, stereo, etc.... I got lucky, mine already had 20" wheels.. So I know what you're talking about...
