Default Best HID bulb?(D4S)

I have looked through most of the hreads and still havent come to a conclusion on what bulbs I should buy. Garax were gonna be my top choice, but after reading through the threads many people have said they are not not as bright. So can anyone suggest a 5000k or stock 4300k bulb. I dont wanna buy anything too pricey, around 100$. Thanks for any help.

I recently installed the 5000k XenonDepot D4S bulbs. They were under $120 shipped with a recent 5% off code that was on their site.

Color and output are better than the OEM I replaced. Very crisp, clean white output. No reservations about buying them again.

I second the Xenon Depot ones I had them on my 3GS and they were good on visibility, although as many will say anything other than stock will give you less light. There is a CL discount for bulbs. So you get them for $100 shipped. I have been through many HID's and the Xenon Depot seemed the best out of the Garax I had as well as the Morimoto's which were excellent but kept flickering.

Post up a picture once you got it and can you please compare it to the bulb you had before(OEM I'm guessing?). I've had Garax for almost 2.5 years still works great and fires up every time but it seems as though the output has diminished a little bit since I first bought it. Contemplating if I should pick up the same Philips Ultinon 6000k too!

Does the color change over time? What are your experiences with it?

Yes I first got them at thought they looked a little yellow or OEM and didn't give it time to settle in then finally after a couple of weeks it started to look a lot better with a blue hue. It looks really good I think once it has burned in a little.
