Lightbulb Best H.I.D. Bulb

Hi I tried searching the forums but couldn't find the answer i was looking for so my question is what would be the Best 6000k H.I.D. bulb for around 100 bucks a pair.

Personal experience would be great like if you had them how did you like them and pics would be awesome too.

I know some people are saying Xenon Depot, Garax, Phillips and Toshiba.

So please let me know on what you guys think is the best bulb for the price much appreciated!!

I got into a small collision today. Some dude hit my car while I was on a red light while he was making a left turn he didn't make the turn wide enough and merged in my lane hitting my front drivers side bumper.
