Exclamation A DYI bible

I was looking up info for my car on Google and it turned up an interesting hit (draw your own conclusion, but based on the link I assume someone in IT was asleep). Got my question answered and then some. I can't imagine what more you would need to know for for any DYI job and problem diagnosis, you can find just about everything you would want to know about your GS and probably more here

I am generally not so excitable by the wondrous plethora of results provided by Google search, but this is something else, its the 1st result Google spews out and I'm pretty pumped about all the info.

Combine this info with this the tool mentioned in this thread and you are set for most repair/diagnosis, all you need is tools and replacement parts....

Cheers

The requested URL /tdp_sit/data/LEXUS/GS/system/top_caution_a.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

you did try clicking the links right? nearly all of them work, the broken link is just the main page, read me, and new car features

is there a procedure to program the TPMS? Like when you buy a new TPMS and you need to connect/pair it to the car, how do we do it?

Yes there is under "suspension and axle" ->Tire and Wheel -> Tire pressure warning system -> Registration

But you need a computer/tool interface to do it, that mini VDI connector from the other thread is very useful in reading all the codes, setting the settings, and performing the self tests described on this site.

So this is dead for me now. I need to find out what the torque specification is for the banjo bolts that connect the cold start injector to the fuel line. I am guessing 10-15 N m but.... I don't suppose anybody thought to scrape the whole site down locally that they can upload somewhere?
