Help me choose a GS
I'm probably going to buy one of these this weekend. Please help me choose which one woudl be better. They are basically the same price, both are CPO, and one is 2010 / 48K, the other is 2009 / 39K. We are buying because we really could use AWD in our neighborhood.

These seem priced right according to CarGurus.com, not sure how much to offer them. Any tips welcomed. Is there anything I should look out for. Does the 2010 have any really nice improvements?

i would prefer black leather interior... Tan leather is very noticeable if you don't maintain it well. they seem to both have the same exact features judging by the drop down instrument cluster. The 2010 should have lexus enform, someone correct me if i am wrong, which offers bluetooth wireless streaming.
2008-2010 no much significant changes as far as driving performance from what i know...
so it all comes down is it worth the extra 10k for awd, black interior, and updated update audio interface and navigation from the 2009
Make sure you check car fax and car service history. I forgot to do that. Turns out another lexus dealer had removed and replaced rear bumper so the paint didnt match right. After I left the lot it was too late to make a big deal of it. There is a service call on the gs350 for variable valve timing gear, make sure that has been done too.

The 2010's audio system will let you play music via bluetooth, whereas the older system will not. However, it's a HDD based navi system (if it has navi), which means no more torrented update discs (have to get the dealer to install an update with an expensive tool).

I would get the 2010.
Better resale value.
Better Color combo. looks great in any light.
Better Navigation Gen 6 vs older navi Gen 5.
Most of the kinks have been worked out.
Don't worry about updating navi I'm sure an after market usb navi update will be avail soon.
Good luck with what ever you choose.
