Not another Wheel Thread...lol
Sorry guys, Yeah I'm new. Infact, I haven't picked up my car yet. I know what I want. I'm either gonna get the 06 GS 300/350 rwd, or the GS 430/460... I like the 3rd gen body better then the new 2013... I want to do a basic staggered setup with deep concave Giovonna mecca's. My question is do I need to do any mods to the 300/350 rwd to make those 285/25/20 fit? I know you don't on the 430/460 plus I'm sorta leaning towards the 430/460 because I think the V8 is probably a better motor. I also want to lower the car but only to get rid of the wheel gap. I don't want to tuck the wheels, I just want the fender to come to the top of the tire (no gap). So I guess I'm looking for the ideal off sets, and I believe the rim sizes are: 20x8.5 or 9 with a 245/30/20 and the rear will be like 20x10 or 10.5 with a 285/25/20.. I'm looking for that Beefy stance from the rear. Wide but all under the car. Plus I know on the back you can go Deep Concave, but can you on the front or a ton of mods must come into place. I'm aware I may have to shave my fenders which I done many times before on my other cars I have big wheels on. But for dropping I want to know is there a lowering spring set up that will give me the look I'm after? I know coilovers would be best, but I didn't want to buy them if I didn't have to. I have Tein coilovers on my 03 accord cpe and the eibach pro kit on my 300.... by the way My name is Ken... Sorry But I'm ready to pick this baby up and I want to go ahead and buy my wheels, but I know it will have to be dropped. I hate the 4x4 look....lol

that should be ok with what you have planned but double check your offsets. the 06 300 and the 07 350 have different sized brakes though so double check your offset. i dont believe a 35mm offset sits the 350s without a 5mm spacer but a better wheel guru should be able to answer that

Oh!!! ok, 20x9 in the front huh? Same tire 245/30? That'll work... What springs do you recommend? I know deep down that coilovers will give me exactly what I'm looking for, but if I can get away with springs, I'd rather do that. Plus I'll need the 90k service after I get it, or soon. They both have 70-75k on them. The 90k is like $1,500 right? Or is it more on the 430/460?
