Default Buying used 2011 GS350

Hi everybody!
In close future Im planning to buy used Lexus GS350 AWD from 2011. I drove 2002 Audi A6. About german cars I like that everything like buttons and ***** are at the right place, looks humble yet is fully functional. Lexus is japan but In my opinion is pretty close about those features to german styling. I also love the sound quality and as for AWD, nice mpg.
Now tell me why I shouldn buy this car? What breaks most? Are repairs expensive (I read that not like the others models, this one uses lot of Toyota parts and its not that expensive). Some people say the acceleration is not the best. Right now Im driving 2011 VW GTI. 0 - 60mph in 6.5sec, GS350, according to the specs, less than 6 seconds. By the way there is time to buy something smoother and bigger. Thoes the Lexus ride soft and smooth?
Thanks.

You should test drive it for yourself and decide.

Soft and smooth, IMO, doesn't go together with the GS-line up. It's smooth enough and gets by, but if you want "riding on clouds" smooth, go for an LS.

We bought an AWD one two months ago and so far it's been great. We would prefer a firmer suspension so I'm considering the sway bar & springs upgrades; although I'm concerned about the vibration issue if I do go with the springs. This is my wife's daily and she came from a B5 A4. Oh and the steering is lighter than the B5 A4.
