I have a 2006 GS and my headlights are yellowish in color. I've tried the headlight restoration and cleaners. But everytime I see a newer Lexus with those clean and crystal clear headlights I want a new pair. Does anyone know where I can get a NEW pair of headlight assembly's?

I feel ya, I haven't tried the restoration process on mine's though, I want to remove the lenses first. I believe the dirty, yellowness is inside AND outside.

You can try the two sources above, or source out one on ebay. Sometimes they come out in REALLY good condition.

I don't think he means his headlight bulbs.... I think he means his headlight lenses in general.

Stay away from headlight restoration, all they do is Sand off the clearcoat that you had on your original headlight. Leaving your headlights exposed.

Take the headlight to a body shop and see if they can sand down the light and apply a clearcoat. They will look new again and last a lot longer

You didn't know that is the purpose of headlight restorations? You can also use rubbing compound to scrub it away..... You don't NEED to take it to a body shop, I did it with a spray can of clear coat (3x), sanded it smooth again, polished and sealed, and it lasted for quite a few years on my friend's prelude.

You can diy, but with apply the clear is a bit tricky to lay down properly. You'll need a two part clear, many auto parts stores sell these in a spray can for like 20-$30 bucks depends on material product used.

As long as its 2k automotive clear coat it doesnt matter where you shoot it out of. Lots of paint supply shops will put a 2k clear in a compressed can for you for pretty cheap. You'll want a decent brand clear so that you get UV protection and the less yellowing.

I would say theres no need to wet sand and polish after if the clear has been laid down properly.

It may look like its is in the inside but you may just have deep pitting. I would tape off headlights, sand with 420, then 600 youll want to knock out all the old flaked clear coat.

Then spray on clear coat, or have a shop shoot the clear for you. Most shops will do it for dirt cheap as they can sneak them in when they finish clearing up from another job.
