Red face Keyless FOB & Key Locked in Car - Please help

My Keyless FOB and Key are locked in my car, the keys are sitting in the front seat cup holder. I park in my garage, so I usually leave my keys there. (Never Again) Last night I opened the trunk using the keyless FOB in the car, when I closed the trunk I heard all the doors lock. Now I can not get in. The trunk won't open either, I was thinking I would be able to open the trunk manually, but nothing is happening....if I could open it manually one of my kids could crawl through the trunk/back seat hole. I already called Lexus and since I did not register for the wireless/Link when I got the car, they could not help. Is my only option to call a locksmith? Thank you for any suggestions.

If no spare key then I guess locksmith is your only option.

Hope you got everything worked out.

I *thought* that wasn't supposed to be able to happen....for the doors to lock with the fob still inside?

Door shouldn't lock if keys are inside.
When the keys are inside my car and when I press the bottom on the door handle to lock the door it makes a beep notifying me the key is inside the vehicle..

I have a 2010 GS350 with 19k miles on it(original). I locked the doors the other day and went to the pool. when i got back to the car, the fob was in my backpack and i walked straight to the back of the car, held the trunk button and put my backpack in the trunk with the fob in it. when i shut the trunk, the car did this looooong beep to tell me the key was in the trunk. so i opened the trunk again the same way and took it out. i believe thats how the car should work to not let you lock your keys in. definitely think your battery in the fob might be going. the keyfob and car work on snsors and proximity. if one of the sensors isnt reading correctly (fob), the other wont know to operate right.
